Swiss Roll

Swiss Roll ingredients:

3 eggs (at room temp!)
75g caster sugar
75g self raising flour
3tbsp jam, or choc spread or lemon curd.

Please do not put the ingredients into the fridge when you get to school as this will stop the eggs from whisking up properly!
