- MESS Issues- Moral (ethical issues- Free-range eggs/fairtrade), Environmental (Pollution, air miles), Social (Vegetarians/Vegans/Allergies/Intolerance), Sustainability (Packaging/Recyling)
- How will the product be modified or changed? Different meats/flavours/vegetables etc.How to make it suitable for vegetarians/vegans etc?
- Don't forget the title/labels/sensory descriptions/skills shown (e.g. using an electric whisk, food processor, oven/grill, hob etc.) functions of the ingredients (e.g. sugar for sweetness and colour, rice for bulking (Sushi))
