Your final multicultural practical is Monday 4th Nov (9X) and Wednesday 6th Nov (9Y)

It can be a culture of choice or for higher NC grade a fusion of different cultures.

Swiss Roll

•75g caster sugar

•75g self raising flour

•4tbsp jam/chocolate spread/lemon curd etc.

•Do not put these ingredients into the fridge!

We will be making Swiss Roll week commencing 4th Feb...The ingredients you need are:

3 eggs
75g caster sugar
75g Self Raising Flour
3-4 tbsp of Jam

Hi all,

I know the snow has robbed us of the chance to do our Chinese Practical. If you have the ingredients and would like to make the product (under the supervision/with permission of your parents) then please make the product and take a photograph as evidence to show me next week.

If you had not purchased your ingredients then can you please continue to work on your powerpoints about different cultures which you will be delivering back to the class next week. They are all on Google Drive so accessing them should be easy once you have logged onto your goole account!
